Job Description
Remuneration: Based on experience
Client Base: High-end restaurants across the UK
Location: Flexible working arrangements and hours
Start Date: February 2025Experience Required: Restaurant marketing or public relations experience (in-house or agency) essential
About the Role
Join our successful marketing and social media studio, collaborating with some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs, restaurants, and hospitality talents. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and friendly professional to become part of a dynamic and supportive team.
If you have a passion for food, restaurants, and the UK hospitality industry, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or a strong interest in the sector, coupled with expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.
For the Manager position, candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience managing marketing and social media campaigns, creating engaging online content, and staying up-to-date with digital trends in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Client Management: Seamlessly manage content across diverse restaurant brands, switching between unique identities.
- Custom Strategies: Design bespoke social media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals and target audiences.
- Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, industry trends, and platform updates.
- Copywriting: Draft newsletters, menus, and marketing collateral with strong attention to grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Develop best-in-class social media content and strategies tailored to each client’s brand and audience.
- Storytelling & Engagement: Inspire audiences through compelling storytelling and visually creative digital campaigns.
- E-commerce Support: Oversee e-commerce platforms, including Facebook Shop and ad management.
- Content Audits: Ensure websites, blogs, and CMS content remain current, relevant, and on-brand.
- Brand Collaborations: Cultivate partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsements to elevate brand presence.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare performance reports with a focus on ROI and commercial impact.
- Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with PR and restaurant teams to deliver launches, wine dinners, and special events.
Additional Skills:
- Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including seasonality, menu changes, and customer engagement.
- CRM & Loyalty Programmes: Understanding of customer loyalty systems and CRM tools.
