An exciting new role has arisen at Iberica Restaurants for a People Coordinator to join the team!

This is a great opportunity for an engaging, people-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who is looking to develop a career and gain exposure to all aspects of HR.

This is a new and exciting role that will provide support and assistance to the People Team with the administration of the day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

The key to this role will be to offer hands-on, excellent support in our end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring our teams can welcome new talented team members who are just the perfect fit for our restaurants!
Ideally, you have been involved in hiring and recruitment activities before, and even better if you have background and experience in hospitality, so you know the likes of what the different roles in a restaurant entail!

Alongside amazing communication and people skills, you will be a person that thrives in managing different tasks and priorities, and can efficiently organize the workload and keep track of deadlines.

Although no 2 days will be the same, you are likely to spend around 50% of your time driving the recruitment, by managing the ATS system, resourcing candidates via the different platforms, and helping spread the word about our job opportunities everywhere.

You will need to be computer literate and have the creative and technical skills required to write and promote job advertisings so that we can attract the right talent for each position.

The remaining of the time will be spent supporting the HR Manager and L&D manager with general HR admin, as well as working on a variety of exciting people-related projects.

This role will work closely and collaborate daily with all other departments, so there is a lot of growth and development. You will have a lot of exposure and support to become a strong HR generalist.

We will consider either part-time and full-time working hours for this role, depending on the level of experience and availability of suitable applicants. Pay can be up to 30K annual, pro-rata.
