About the role: 

The Deputy General Manager leads and develops a team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves its business objectives.

As the Deputy General Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the smooth and successful operation of the restaurant and club
• Lead, manage and train the team and to deliver an exceptional, consistent, and memorable guest experience
• Build guest profiles through recognition and database management
• Liaise with the kitchen, keeping updated of any menu changes and developments
• Support of the General Manager deliver a lucrative P&L report against our KPIs
• Nurture a sense of fun and sophistication with a well-trained, committed, genuine, and engaged team, in a safe and rewarding environment
• To thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
