Critically acclaimed and award-winning José Pizarro restaurant group is very excited to recruit for an experienced and highly focused Group Operations Manager for its restaurants.

Like our food, we are looking for someone who is authentic, passionate and share our traditional Spanish values & culture. Someone who believes in genuine hospitality, exudes natural warmth, confidence and charm.

You must relish being busy, you’ll be expected to drive the businesses sales, leading from the front. The role will involve overseeing high volume, fast-paced multiple operations.

You must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings and be able to travel within the current sites in central London and in Esher in addition to future openings.

The role responsibilities and experience include:

• Having a proven track record operating multiple high volume businesses.
• Strong service background with exceptional service standards
• Ability to manage budgets especially wage budgets, cost of sales in accordance with a P&L.
• Management of over 150 team members
• Proven Health & Safety knowledge
• Be passionate about food and drink with a natural ability to provide detailed descriptions to our customers
• A true team leader with exceptional people management skills
• Excellent skills in staff training & motivation.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Spanish would be desirable but it is not a requirement.
