Head Chef, Audreys

Launching Early 2022 – Audreys is an exciting new All day dining neighbourhood restaurant based In the heart of London bridge. We are looking for a talented chef to lead on the opening of this new venture, to develop a menu and inspire the kitchen team, alongside the support of the Executive chef.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who has reached the stage where they would like to carve out an identity for themselves in a new space and get their name out there. Local and well sourced ingredients a must, and an ability to work alongside the rest of the team to create a unique establishment.
