Job Description:

Due to a number of new wins, we’re on the hunt for an established Senior Account Manager. This role will see you working on a collection of our restaurant projects – both groups and individual sites – managing team members depending on the brief, and delivering on campaign plans, which usually involve a combination of services.

You will have to be an experienced marketeer who is extremely organised and confident in managing both clients and team members and be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment where multi-tasking is essential.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

Ideal candidates will be social media savvy, highly literate and have a hawk-like eye for detail. An ability to create content – either visually or through copy – is preferred, and any experience with journalists, influencers or other media relations is useful. Being able to demonstrate PR and/or marketing experience within lifestyle sectors is essential.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.
