    Chef de Partie for Corrigan Collection restaurants

    We are looking for an enthuastic Chef de Partie to join the team either Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill or Corrigan’s Mayfair restaurants, which are part of Corrigan Collection group.

    As a Chef de Partie in return, you will be rewarded with:

    Our Chef de Partie:

    • Has previous experience in a similar Chef de Partie role in a high quality and busy destination restaurant or private members’ club.
    • Has previous experience leading and supervising a large team and ensuring the standards are in line with the restaurant operating procedures.
    • Has a good understanding of all areas within a Kitchen.
    • Is an excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Possess a good command of the English language.
    • Is passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu.

    Main responsibilities of Chef de Partie:

    As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for liaising with senior chefs within the restaurant to ensure the smooth running of each service. You will supervise the kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are completed to the high standards expected within a timely manner.
