Chef, Maria G's & LXA Hospitality

Maria G’s is Robin Gill’s (chef and founder of Sorella and Darby’s) brand new Italian restaurant, to be launched in the heart of Kensington in partnership with Pete Warden of LXA Hospitality this June, offering what they call “a true neighbourhood restaurant”. 

We are looking for passionate and inspiring Chefs of all levels to work closely within our brilliant team, you will be overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations of our new kitchen and restaurant, delivering the very best of Italian cuisine.

We are recruiting for:

• Head Chef – Region of £45k – The leader of the kitchen, the driving force for success 
  Sous Chef – Region of £38k – Encouraging, committed and full of pride for the kitchen and business 
• Chef De Partie – Region of £30k — True support for the Head and Sous Chef, delivering consistently high-quality food with heart and passion
• Commis Chef – TBC – This is all about your potential! Experience would be great but not essential 
• Kitchen Porters – £11 to £13.50ph – The backbone and strength of every successful kitchen
