As a Cocktail Bartender you will:

Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
Take pride in preparing orders at the highest quality level
Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
Works with the kitchen and F&B teams
Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience

Our most successful Cocktail Bartender has:

A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent service skills
Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests
Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant
A team player approach
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
