Main Responsibilities:
· Day to day operation of the restaurant
· Recruit, train and nurture their team to success
· Drive revenue and utilise the company provided tools to maximise profits
· Ensure they reach target for both revenue and cost of sales
· Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to help benefit the site or company
· Stay one step ahead and always strive to improve the business
· Oversee the kitchen and bar departments as well as the site as a whole
· Report to their Operations manager and Head Office
· Remain compliant in all areas of HR and health and safety
· Complete tasks set from senior management within the allotted time frame
· Assisting the management team with other daily duties upon request
