Group Sales & Events Manager, Soho Restaurant Group
Soho Restaurant Group is a privately owned and operated hospitality group with a growing portfolio of restaurants and bars in London.
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Events Manager to join the team to help build our sales & events team from the ground up and maximise sales & events opportunities within all of our sites in London. You will contribute to the delivery of the group’s sales strategy and must have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
In charge of maximising all revenue opportunities for events which include upselling as appropriate
Ensure all inquiries are handled
Source, research and proactively contact new business prospects through the most appropriate channel
Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business
Develop and maintain the agent, corporate, DMC and event organiser databases.
Solicit feedback from clients by following up on each event to enhance the customer experience
Implement and maintain high standards for all customers
Attend and work on events at the restaurants and venues as requested
Oversee the launch of our new food market project in East London.
