The concept was created by founder and chef Romain Bourrillon, Cocotte is a Healthy farm-to-table chicken rotisserie, based in the heart of Notting Hill, Shoreditch, Fulham, Queens Parc, and South Kensington. The restaurants offer healthy, delicious homemade dishes including sauces, sides, and salads made out of fresh, farm-grown ingredients, available both to eat in, takeaway, and Delivery
Cocotte opened this healthy establishment in February 2016, as they felt that London was missing a wholesome French rotisserie. Since then, Cocotte has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence since 2016.
The Cocotte chickens are free-range and sourced direct from an independent farm in Evron, in the Loire Valley region of France. Each chicken is marinated in Cocotte’s secret blend of herbs and spices for 24 hours before being slowly cooked on a traditional rotisserie spit.
The menu also includes lighter options – like various salads or more decadent ones like Roasted potatoes or even Truffled mac and cheese

Our ideal Cocotte Assistant General Manager / General Manager will need to have at least 1-year of experience working in a similar role and wanting to take the lead in running the restaurant alongside his team.
We are looking for someone who is a great leader and gets as excited as we do about food and drinks.
Someone who is ready to support, neuter, and training an awesome team, to please our customers, and is interested to grow and learn.
