Leaders wanted! 2022 is shaping up to be a big year for our restaurants with exciting new openings and team expansions, I am looking for senior chefs and front of house heroes to join the team. Although our sites are quite different, what brings them together is the respect that is given to nature and our care in working with the very best suppliers across Britain and Ireland. We adopt a back-to-basics approach with almost everything made in-house, from charcuterie to bread. We prefer a work-smart approach as opposed to unnecessarily hard/long hours, and a fun atmosphere is paramount!
We have a fair and achievable bonus structure in place which will be paid out monthly, a long list of attractive perks and facilities to avail of, plus a set percentage of profit share that will be UNCAPPED for HOD’s!!

Progression is guaranteed with growth plans already confirmed for 2023 and into 2024 so this is a real opportunity to not only help build something special but be a part of the creative team.
