About Us

Gemma Bell and Company is a dynamic and creative communications and content agency specialising in hospitality, travel and food and drink. The agency creates and implements bespoke strategies utilising a range of tools such as traditional PR, content creation and copy writing, social media management and digital marketing. 

The Role

As a PR account manager in a boutique hospitality communications agency, you will be working across multiple PR accounts ranging from restaurants, bars, hotels and food and drink brands, both long term clients and shorter projects. You will be supported with account assistance across some accounts and have the direction of either an associate director or MD across everything. The team is close, collaborative and supportive. The company values a work/life balance and operates a flexible working set up, with some days at home, some with clients and some office based (TBC). Oh, and Gemma throws great parties!

The ideal candidate

• Will hit the ground running owing to their experience
• Have excellent written skills
• Be outgoing and friendly, hardworking and driven
• Have a strong creative streak
• Takes own initiative as well as enjoying team efforts
• 2+ years experience in a PR manager position
• Potentially hospitality PR experience
• Strong media contacts
• A good grasp of social media and influencers
• Based in London
• Has a passion for the hospitality industry and of course, loves eating out!
