Who we’re looking for

You love hospitality as much as we do. You’re into people, music, food and booze. You form close bonds, you’re there for your team and you treat everyone with kindness and respect. Our Sous Chefs are leaders, able to inspire, train and motivate to get the best out of people. You should have at least 2 years of experience of high volume, fast paced, high performance environments. You should be creative while having a sense of commercial acumen. You must be able to sustain high performance through an understanding of process and consistency. Our leadership academy will give you with the skills and understanding to lead, equipping you with theoretical and practical skills to help you succeed in the hospitality industry.
