Be part of a business creating a new category – contribute to the future of at-home dining. We’re looking for a highly talented Head Chef, ideally from Michelin Rosette or high-end catering background to join our new operation.

A newly created role at a brand new production kitchen in North Greenwich, London (SE10). You will lead a talented team while producing food in partnership with the UK’s greatest chefs.

As a young and dynamic company with big expansion plans, you will work with some of the very best partners, suppliers and producers, making it an exciting place to work, every day there will be something new to learn.

With our plans to expand, so will your team. You will play a pivotal and strategic role in the Dishpatch operation, lending your advice on team structure, equipment upgrades and product development. 3 years of comparable Sous Chef or Head Chef experience and experience of team leadership, training and development, recruitment, rotas, health and safety, finance and P&Ls, ordering, costings and other general systems.

Additionally, you are a confident communicator and thrive in a team environment. You know how to handle difficult situations and character types to get the very best out of everyone.

A high level of attention to detail, good level of numeracy,  you demonstrate adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
