An exciting new role for the group, we are recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Head Office support team and manage the development of our London-based casual restaurant brands. This includes our Latin American-inspired restaurant and bar, La Rampa in Oxford Circus, and the rollout of our much-loved Portuguese Piri-Piri chicken concept, Casa do Frango. With two popular sites in London Bridge and Shoreditch, we are opening our third, flagship Casa do Frango on Heddon Street this Autumn, with a fourth, large central London site to launch soon after, and more beyond that!
MJMK also own and operate Santiago Lastra’s Michelin star restaurant KOL, Nuno Mendes’ much loved Lisboeta, and next year will see MJMK open AngloThai’s first permanent restaurant, in partnership with John & Desiree Chantarasak.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager (Casual Brands) at MJMK will work as part of a small but passionate cross-functional sales and marketing team, using the full marketing mix and working with external PR to deliver campaigns and activations that contribute to brand awareness, sales and profit growth. An exceptional copywriter, highly organised with a passion for social media (Tik Tok and Instagram), attention to detail and an awareness of the latest industry trends, the Marketing Manager has responsibility for managing the rollout and execution of impactful brand marketing campaigns, both on and offline, for MJMK casual brands.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Exceptional copywriter with an eye for quality photography and videography.
- Enjoys conceptualizing creative campaigns and digital content.
- Experience in working with and managing PR agencies.
- Strong, professional interpersonal skills. Able to build stakeholder relationships across the business with all departments.
Working Week:
This role will work flexibly between our new head office on Eastcastle Street in central London, and our La Rampa and Casa do Frango restaurants, with the potential to work from home one day per week.
Salary & Benefits:
From £40,000 – £45,000+ per year, depending on experience (plus 10% bonus potential, 33 days holiday per year and other perks, including staff discounts and a personal development budget).
