We are looking for a talented and people driven General Manager to join our team at Rick Stein Marlborough, Wiltshire.  

Our restaurant offers a taste of Cornwall set within the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Rick Stein Marlborough is set over two floors, with stunning interiors designed by Jill Stein, and features some of Rick’s most iconic seafood dishes from his popular TV programmes, and an exclusive wine list picked by Charlie Stein. 

We pride ourselves on our ability to develop some of the most talented hospitality professionals within the UK, and many of our restaurant management team have developed their careers with us, so we are looking for someone with a passion for developing their team as well as delivering high quality service. 

You’ll head up our front of house and kitchen management team at Rick Stein Marlborough to become the face of our business within the local community by building business contacts and through involvement in local community and charity activities. 

We are offering an attractive salary up to £33,000 per annum, plus a generous weekly tip package that includes no NI deductions, and tips being paid during annual leave. Our standard General Manager contract is for 45 hours over 5 days, but we are working hard to ensure that our teams achieve the perfect work life balance, and so would encourage you to let us know if you would prefer a more flexible arrangement.
