Launched in November 2023 by ex Soho House COO, Martin Kuczmarski, The Dover is fast becoming an iconic spot in Mayfair’s dining scene. With its New York Italian influences, the menu is a celebration of simple classics that are brought to life in effortlessly elegant surroundings in the heart of Mayfair.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate waiter to join our team and would love to hear from you if you think you have what it takes!
