La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de partie to help manage this lively wine bar in the heart of Neal’s Yard

 

What are we looking for?

–          Experience in a similar role and venue

–          Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations

–          Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.

–          A passion for food and wine industry.

–          Have a team spirit

–          Attention to details

–          Good organizational skills

–          Willing to progress

–          Have a good physical condition

–          Proof of eligibility to work in the UK

 

What will you do?

–          Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes

–          Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus

–          Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
