Baker & Breakfast Chef, Tillingham

Tillingham is a 70 acre mixed biodynamic farm 10 minutes from Rye in East Sussex. As well as livestock and vines we are home to 13 bed rooms, a restaurant, private dining room, bar, shop and outdoor pizza oven. As we look to expand our offer we are looking to add a Baker & Breakfast Chef to the kitchen team. We are passionate about sustainability, local produce and people. The Baker & Breakfast Chef will:

• Work closely with our Head Chef to develop our bread, pastry, ferments, preserves and other sundries for sale in the restaurant and shop
• Have experience in producing sourdough in a busy restaurant or bakery
• Be willing to perform bread making workshops to our inhouse guests
• Deliver Breakfast service from 830-1030 with the rest of their time spent on production and development
