    We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Working underneath our Head Chef & Sous Chef you will be a key player in the organisation and success of the kitchen.  Experience is preferred but we will consider entry level applicants who have the desire to learn and progress through the industry. 

    With many awards and reviews under our belt, we remain focussed on producing exceptional food alongside a great wine & beer list, backed up with thoughtful and generous hospitality.

    We keep a small but ever changing menu and work closely with a great selection of small UK farms and day-boat fisherman whilst utilising produce at the peak of season. 

    The role consists of 7 shifts per week split over 5 days with paid over time, 50% staff dining discount, a free stay in one of our guest rooms at the completion of a 3 month probationary period and a free drink at the end of every shift.
