    We are recruiting a Sous Chef  to join the kitchen team.

    Working alongside our Head Chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen to a high standard, assisting in menu development and mentoring the junior staff underneath you. 

    With many awards and reviews under our belt, we remain focussed on producing exceptional food alongside a great wine & beer list, backed up with thoughtful and generous hospitality.

    We keep a small but ever changing menu and work closely with a great selection of small UK farms and day-boat fisherman whilst utilising produce at the peak of season. 

    The role consists of 7 shifts per week split over 5 days with paid over time, 50% staff dining discount, a free stay in one of our guest rooms at the completion of a 3 month probationary period and a free drink at the end of every shift.
