Front of House, Fiend by Chris Denney

Fiend is a bohemian and stylish restaurant and bar in the iconic Portobello Road, serving an exquisite menu created by the acclaimed chef, Chris Denney.  We are seeking career driven experienced, passionate and skilled bartenders and waiters to join us at our iconic Notting Hill restaurant and bar.

As a Bartender, you are one of the most important members of our team.  You will work directly with our Bar Manager, creating and serving our signature cocktails, wine and drinks at the Long Bar and Cave.   You will also support the Sommelier and Front of House team.

You will have deep knowledge of cocktails and cocktail history.  Know your spirits and be confident sharing this with customers and the team. Knowledge of wine is an advantage.  You will ensure the bar is run meticulously and set up perfectly every time.

As a Waiter, you are key to the smooth running of our service and the experience of our guests.  You will work directly with our Floor Manager and Sommelier.  You will display a confident, friendly and professional manner whilst interacting with and anticipating the needs of our guests.  You will understand the pace of service and communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered with casual excellence.
