The Ledbury is recruiting both Sommeliers and Head Waiters.

Owned by Chef Brett Graham, The Ledbury is a fine dining neighbourhood restaurant situated in Notting Hill, West London.  
 
Our restaurant is focused on providing seasonal, modern British food, welcoming service and a memorable dining experience to all our guests.  
 
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals, with a passion for service and the hospitality industry, to join our Front of House team.  
 
The successful person should be humble, possess a warm and genuine nature, have the desire to enhance every guest experience and will ultimately embody The Ledbury service culture. 

You will be offered a huge amount of responsibility, need to be able to work under pressure and have great communication skills.
