Situated across two levels on the ground and first floor of the Montcalm East building, located just off Old Street Station, Moor & Mead is the latest venue addition to come from the team at Barworks. Consisting of two newly refurbished bars, a modern dining restaurant and lounge, we are looking forward to welcoming guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restaurant Manager | Breakfast Manager

We are looking for both a breakfast and a restaurant manger. Both of these roles will lead and develop the team on shift and be responsible for  customer service and creating an excellent guest experience. The role requires the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our guests, in a busy and fun environment. The restaurant will provide high quality, affordable food to guests accompanied by a wide range of great beer, wine and spirts.

We are looking for

Someone with experience in restaurant management with a passion for food, drinks & service. A strong leader of a team who can develop staff and personality goes a long way too! The candidate must be service-focused and friendly, with speedy problem-solving ability, strong people skills and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would be self sufficient but also able to guide a team. They should be motivated to maintain a high quality level of service to guests. Punctuality and reliability is a must with a good knowledge in food and drinks.
