About Us:

We are a world renowned restaurant operator based in London. Our brands have received positive press in The Guardian, The Observer, The New York Times, and many other publications. We are respected in the hospitality industry for the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.

We are seeking talented chefs in all positions to join the kitchen team in an exciting new London restaurant that will aim to serve the best in regional Indian cuisine.

This is an opportunity to present both traditional and contemporary Indian food using the finest available ingredients in a venue that aspires to be both a destination restaurant, and one which also develops a loyal and local clientele. The site itself is a beautifully designed space in a prime location, comprising an expansive cocktail bar as well as a 70 seat dining area complete with large sharing tables and banquettes. The kitchen will be fitted out to the highest specifications.

Ideal candidates for the kitchen team will have a thorough knowledge of Indian cuisine and ingredients, as well as senior level experience in high quality Indian restaurant(s) in the UK and/or Europe. Above all, they will be passionate about Indian food and enjoy working within a kitchen team that gets along both personally and professionally.

Job Description:
