Sending out personal proposals, following up with guests after the event and building a long-lasting impression that makes you their go-to person maintaining our high return-rate.
Weekly & Monthly Goals
Hitting and exceeding sales targets across all private dining rooms in both venues
Keeping the event pipeline accurate and up to date
Spotting trends, giving customer insights

You get that sales isn’t just about targets; it’s about relationships, trust, and delivering an experience that keeps people coming back
You’ve got a couple of years in a similar role under your belt (restaurant or events sales) and know how to convert leads with a human touch
What’s In It For You
