Job Description:
We are currently in search of a seasoned Restaurant General Manager at LINNAEAN with 3+ years of experience. We are looking for someone who is energetic, hands-on, the star of multitasking, working closely with General Manager and Founder.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team;
- Being able to work alone and part of the team;
- Working on the restaurant floor;
- Creating rotas;
- Stock check + ordering;
- Liaising with Suppliers;
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen;
- Creating new drinks menus is a bonus;
- Payroll;
- Epos;
- Recruitment;
- Integrating with the multi-concept brand;
- Working in a team to organise events on-site;
- Management of delivery platforms;
- Organising regular training for the team, motivate, manage; Recording Expenses and Income;
- Delivering P&L by developing, marketing, financing and providing elevated restaurant service;
- Taking responsibility for restaurant performance.
The Ideal Candidate:

A star of anticipating obstacles and creative thinking in providing best customer care, high service standards and elevate the overall experience throughout the LINNAEAN.
Advanced knowledgeable of food and beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team engagement and financial performance.
Excels in communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands if an all-day operation.
