Chef Paul Nicholson has been with us for 2 years now and has an exception following in the local area and beyond. We run a 4 day week, Wednesday – Saturday, 7 services and a Wednesday morning prep.
Creating almost everything onsite from fresh seasonal ingredients, with a continuously moving menu. Chef Paul brings a vast knowledge of experience and is also interactive with the team when creating new dishes.
As Sous chef you would be required to take care of the smooth running of the kitchen in chef’s absence, running a section whilst overseeing other members of the team, ordering, food safety, reporting maintenance issues, other related tasks
