The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can establish and build relationships within London’s vibrant food & restaurant scene. You will Identify & ensure we have a constant supply of leads, in line with SUPPER’s brand values, be comfortable pitching to both restaurant groups & independents, while leading new partners through the on-boarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and shape the structure of the sales strategy
• Identify cuisine & location gaps in our offering
• Establish and build key partner relationships
• Lead new partners through the on-boarding process
• Opportunity to lead a team of sales agents as the business scales

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years sales experience, building strong relationships with external partners
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiating skills
• Highly organised
• Confident in setting your own workload
• Positive attitude
• A passion for food, trends and London’s restaurant scene is essential
• An existing network of contacts within London’s food & restaurant industry a bonus
