Killiecrankie House is a fine dining restaurant with rooms set on the edge of the Cairngorms national park, with a four acre kitchen garden and cocktail bar. Our aspiration is to gain a Michelin star within the next 2 years. We serve a single tasting menu to all guests, with the restaurant doing up to 18 covers an evening.

The style of food we cook here is an adventurous long-form tasting menu, usually around 15/16 courses, that is heavily rooted in the stories of food and produce in Scotland. We utilise many modern techniques, and ingredients from our kitchen garden and the surrounding countryside, as well as influences from Asia. The kitchen is completely open to the guests and the chefs help to serve the plates and explain the dishes to customers.

You will be second in command to Head Chef and Co-Owner Tom, helping to run the kitchen and train the more junior members of staff. Experience at Michelin-starred or fine-dining level is required. Working knowledge of pastry is also desirable. £25-30k depending on experience, 4.5 day working weeks, free accommodation, staff meals and tips on top. Please email CV and cover letter to [email protected]
