Senior Sous Chef, Passo
Passo is a rustic modern Italian based in Shoreditch. Seasonal and convivial dining are at the heart of what we do. The kitchen is lead by Joe Howley who recently joined from Salt Yard where he was also head chef.
Our dining room reflects our Italian-Californian spirit, a large dining space, open kitchen and bar, floor to ceiling windows, breezy linen curtains, natural tones of wood and concrete, and an indoor-outdoor terrace.
We take great care in choosing our wines, we tend to take a low-intervention approach and showcase rare and indigenous grape varieties and blends from producers who follow a more natural style of wine-making. Our wine menu changes regularly and we always have a good selection of wines by the glass.
We are looking for an experienced senior sous chef to support our head chef in consistently delivering a high quality offering and developing the menu in line with the seasons.
– Implementation of standard operating procedures
– Delivery of high-quality food at all times
– Aiding with the financial control in terms of staff costs and food GPs
– Second in command to a 6-8 man kitchen team
– All Health/Food safety procedures
Someone who is currently in a sous chef role with experience in serving high quality dishes.
