Kitty Fisher’s is seeking a part-time Sous/Junior Sous Chef to support Head Chef Tom Fairbank in our celebrated Central London restaurant. This role is ideal for an experienced chef, who may have other commitments, looking for a part-time opportunity to contribute to a tight knit and talented team.
The role:
- Part-time, around 25-35 hours per week (c. 4-5 services)
- Lead and support the kitchen team during services, ensuring high standards of dish execution.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu quality, consistency, and development.
- Help manage kitchen operations including ordering, stock control, food safety, and team development.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated with great attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong team player.
- Fluent spoken English and legal right to work in the UK.
