Waiter / Sommelier – Bar Valette
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Bar Valette, the recent opening from Isaac McHale, chef/owner of the 2 Michelin-starred The Clove Club. Bar Valette’s menu champions simplicity and celebrates exceptional ingredients, sourced from some of the best producers in the country.
About the Role:
You will play an integral role in the front-of-house team, delivering outstanding service and curating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in wine and hospitality to expand their knowledge and credentials in an intimate, dynamic environment, whilst working with an extensive 200+ bin wine list.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
A strong interest in wine and beverages, with a desire to grow your knowledge and skills.
Prior experience in fine dining or similar high-quality environments is beneficial but not essential.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of a new venture.
