About Us:
The Bridges is a newly refurbished 16th century country pub with 7 rooms, showcasing our love for local produce grown on our farm.
We raise high welfare, pasture fed beef and sheep and grow heritage grains for Shipton Mill.   Our mission is clear: enhance soil health, boost biodiversity, and secure the long-term vitality of our farm and the people who work within it.

The Role:
We are looking for a General Manager to lead our small team, managing our busy pub, dining rooms, outside terraces and guest rooms.

Strong team leader – ability to motivate, inspire and train
Multitasker – hands on with the team, the owners and our guests
Understands budgets, control of costs and forecasting
Innovator – drive to grow the business and the team
