Sous Chef, Sloane Street Deli
We are looking for a Sous Chef on behalf of an incredible new restaurant & deli, serving quality provenance-led food for both dine in and take away. The restaurant is only open in the daytime and so no evening shifts for the time being. We are serving very exciting and innovative food in a relaxed, calm, and fun environment. The venue is totally beautiful, and the team are super passionate and creative, it’s an ideal opportunity for an ambitious chef to work their way up.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef and the team in the successful running of the kitchen. You will be part of a small but perfectly formed team of creative and ambitious chefs who work in a relaxed manor, everyone is really excited about working on this new project and everyone gets a say in how it is run.
It also presents a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow within a highly regarded group which looks to develop the team and always looks to progress from within.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The right candidate will be an experienced Sous Chef from a fast-paced restaurant background, preferably with experience of working with fresh food and good quality ingredients.
Other attributes would include:
· Great attention to detail and experience with fresh food.
· A passion for driving standards and quality
· A genuine love for food and its heritage.
All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and will be required to provide suitable and up-to-date ID at first stage interview.
