Senior General Manager, Gunpowder

Gunpowder, the multi award winning restaurant group are expanding, with a new site in Soho. 
Gunpowder showcases the bold and vibrant flavours of the Indian subcontinent.

We are looking for an experienced Senior General Manager to join our team and work across the three Gunpowder sites. You will be an experienced, customer focussed General Manager, preferably with multi site experience.

Our restaurants are located in the heart of London. The original is next to Spitalfields Market in the City of London and the second overlooks the iconic Tower Bridge. With a focus on service, quality food, and a unique offering of cocktails, wines and beers, Gunpowder is a unique brand. With massive growth in sales since its humble beginnings there is plenty of room for staff development within the team.
