Sous Chef, Brat
Working alongside Tomos and the team at Brat’s, now permanent, residency at Climpson’s Arch, London fields. The right candidate will be excited by cooking simply over fire in an open kitchen using the best native produce and managing a large kitchen team in a high energy restaurant space.
The restaurant is a new exciting venture therefore the candidate would need to be a good communicator, dynamic, organised and familiar with inspiring and growing a junior team.
The candidate will also need to show passion about food and talking about it, have a natural interest in ingredients, product ethos and where they’re sourced.
