Forza Wine at the National Theatre are looking for an enigmatic Bar Manager. Ideal for someone who’s over late finishes, has a long term goal for group-level roles and wants to be part of something bigger and better – we are looking for someone who:

• is creative and understands flavour and seasonality
• doesn’t take themselves too seriously
• is a great communicator, we’re a busy site!
• is organised and clean, it’s a beauty of a bar let’s keep it that way
• has previous management or extensive supervisor experience
• is a strong leader and delegator, we’ve got an awesome team for us to develop, together
• has a keen interest in low intervention wine

If you’ve ever had a Forza cocktail you’ll know we aren’t looking for all smoke and mirrors but deliciously balanced, seasonal & fun cocktails. We run our bars much like we run our kitchens, focussing on team autonomy, great communication and making everything from scratch.
