Brother Marcus is a fast-growing restaurant group focused on creating fantastic team and guest experiences through our Eastern Med concept. Number of sites currently 5 + committed to multiple new openings the next 2 years.
We’re seeking a strategic Head of Finance with industry experience, knowledge and passion to join our team, supporting our financial health, operational performance, and ambitious expansion plans.
Role Overview:
This key role, will work closely with our founders and senior leadership team at our Support Office in Spitalfields, providing essential financial insights, managing budgets, and overseeing cash flow for optimal business performance. You’ll also support new site openings and be instrumental in cost management initiatives, cash forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management accounts and weekly financial updates for the leadership team
• Support cash flow, budget management, and capital expenditure planning
• Oversee outsourced accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate on cost control initiatives, working with operations and food management teams
• Conduct financial modelling and ROI analysis for new sites & work with corporate finance with fundraising
• Statutory accounts & tax/corporate/treasury compliance
• Oversee Payroll (outsourced)
Ideal Candidate:
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred, with 5+ years’ finance experience in hospitality or a similar environment
• Strong in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
Proactive, analytical, and experienced in presenting financial insights to senior leadership
