You will be working for Qoot that looks after the famous Dominique Anel Bakery, the very popular byCHLOE. and the tasty The Lebanese Bakery across central London.

As a Training manager, you will handle the learning and professional development of our team. You will be fully responsible for driving QOOT’s training & development program across all sites and manage the training program every opening.

As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting all positions in the restaurant and facilitating the succession planning for the future.

Talent and Training Manager acts as a brand ambassador in order to build candidate pipelines and increase the employee value proposition and train the team in brand standard.

Talent and Training Manager is responsible for processing day-to-day recruitment activities for our hourly positions in addition to management of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Job Description:

  • Assist with aligning all policies and procedures across the Hospitality sector,
  • Processing and approving of job requisitions, posting open jobs, managing applicant pools, viewing of resumes and moving them forward by short-listing in accordance with SOPs to recommend qualified candidates to managers for interviews, and reviewing pre-screening results.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related area
  • Ensure HR documents (eg: contracts of employment, Employment letters) are filed in employee personnel file both soft and hard copies.
  • Working closely with Line Manager to ensure continuous & timely support to employees and address inquiries from them effectively.
  • Manage & support onboarding program for new employees
  • Takes steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Preparing final settlements
  • Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations
  • Assist with policy development and documentation.
  • Provides necessary documentation and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks.
