Who are we?

Since our first venue opened in 2015, Rarebreed Dining has never stopped moving and that’s not going to change. Founded on the mutual love of delicious steak and mouth-watering wines Rarebreed Dining has gone from strength to strength.

The job

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Along with your natural charisma and first class service you’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be a key part of leading and developing a happy and supportive team. You’ll be willing to learn new things and embrace new ways of managing and inspiring people.

You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for assisting them with the smooth day-to-day operations of the venue and developing the team to deliver exceptional service for all our guests.

The nitty gritty

As you’d expect, we do have some expectations on the level of experience we require. We would hope that you;

• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Have experience with Design My Night booking system and Kobas till systems
• Know how to train and develop a team to deliver an unforgettable experience
• Have smart presentation and appearance
• Know how to maintain high standards whilst providing a fun workplace and environment for all our staff & guests
