Daddy Bao is a vibrant, much loved restaurant in the heart of Tooting, known for serving some of London’s best bao buns. Hidden beneath the buzz of the dining room is Good Measure, a speakeasy style cocktail bar inspired by the bars of Taiwan, serving both creative and classic cocktails.

Our group 6 of 1, now has 6 sites across London. We are a proud, independent restaurant group that thrives on creating happy, supportive teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

We’re searching for a passionate General Manager to lead our Daddy Bao team. Someone who truly loves hospitality, excels in customer service, and has a talent for inspiring and developing teams. A genuine interest in cocktails, with both creative flair and solid knowledge of the classics, would make you the perfect fit.
