Multiple Roles, Restaurant Da Terra / Elis Restaurant

We are looking for multiple roles across both Da Terra and Elis new opening restaurant.

Da Terra is a 2 Michelin starred restaurant based within the Town Hall Hotel, run by Executive chef / co owner Rafael Cagali. Da Terra operates on a 4 day working week and guests are presented with a blind tasting menu based around Rafael’s Brazilian-Italian heritage.

At Da Terra we are looking for:

• Waiter/tress
• Receptionist
• Chef de Partie

Elis is Rafael’s new restaurant opening also within the Town Hall Hotel, this will be a more relaxed interpretation of Rafael’s Brazilian-Italian heritage serving an a la carte menu.

For Elis we are looking for:

• Head Receptionist/Host
• Restaurant Manager
• Chef de Partie
