Job Description


- Lead an immediate team of three digital marketers to develop and drive forward Digital Marketing processes for Sauce and Sauce clients

- Work alongside account teams to ensure integrated approach to all relevant client campaigns, linking in with full communications and PR strategies

- Lead on Digital Marketing input into pitch documents, attending pitches for new business where required

- Advise on client database/e-marketing campaigns that drive traffic to sites and increase conversion - to include content creation, software management, and reporting

- Manage and oversee the creation of engaging social media campaign strategies/ content that support the key messages of each client

- Oversee social media implementation – including content creation, outreach, engagement, scheduling, advertising, and reporting – in order to grow clients’ social media presence across all relevant platforms and reach target demographics

- Implement creative growth strategies in order to build databases and increase relevant audiences

- Consult on SEO/PPC and digital advertising strategy

- Oversee new website design and build

- Support and consultant clients on traditional marketing activities – events, collaborations, partnerships, collateral

- Work with team to drive our digital marketing network – spanning influencers, brands and other

- Work alongside Client Account Directors and Client Account Managers to assist with upselling digital marketing services to existing and potential clients

- Work closely with company Founders to develop Sauce presence online – website, social media, newsletters


The Ideal Candidate


- Ability to work with a range of client budgets

- Be a motivational and inspiring practise leader in Digital Marketing, encouraging wider Sauce team

- Awareness and day to day monitoring of trends and technology developments in the digital marketing industry

- Industry contacts and awareness of relevant agencies (Eg. Video production, photography, app developers)

- Experience of using marketing software tools (EG. Mail Chimp, Campaign Monitor, Hopper, Sprout Social, Tweet Deck)

- Understanding of design software (Eg. Photoshop, InDesign) – preferred but not essential

- Basic understanding of web build, back end development and coding – preferred but not essential

- Time management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously

- A passion for hospitality and travel

- Confident, professional manner

- High level of organisation

- Able to multi-task like a pro

- Team player with a strong work ethic
