Forza Win - An Italian restaurant in a restored warehouse in a Peckham. Hidden away at the back of an old industrial estate, it’s a 5 minute walk away from the station but feels like the middle of nowhere. The menu changes weekly, is dictated by the seasons and the wines, cocktails and beers are reasonably priced, sourced from people who care about what they’re making and served by people who care about what they’re serving.
Forza Wine - A rooftop for lunch, dinner, drinks and everything in between. Open year round, with half covered space, half outside space and one of the best views of London you ever did see. An extensive wine list, a weekly changing menu of ‘substantial snacks’ and an exceptional sound system.
The operations and admin assistant helps ensure the smooth running of both sites on a day to day basis. Working alongside the general manager and assistant managers for both sites, you’re the go to person for all things back office.
You get a kick out of things running smoothly and take pride in a smooth operation. Your computer skills are borderline ninja level and you like the idea of everyone in a team being able to play their best hand all the time.

The Ideal Candidate:
Has already seen the problem and thought of the solution, suggested it to the right people and taken the necessary steps to implement it. Passionate about restaurants, systems, doing things properly, hospitality, independent business and what makes the industry tick.
Maybe you're sidestepping a service based role in order to get more exposure to the inner workings of a hospitality business? Maybe you’ve been at this a while. This is a new role for us, but one that holds A LOT of potential.
