Since opening in 2017 Lorne Restaurant has quickly established itself in the London dining scene and was voted in UK Top 50 restaurants at National Restaurant awards 2018.
Set up by chef Peter Hall and ex-sommelier Katie Exton, Lorne is a small independent restaurant that serves inventive, unfussy but above all delicious food, showcasing the best seasonal produce from Europe. Drinks, in particular wine, are given equal billing alongside the food. Like the food, our service ethos is one of understated quality, giving our diners a special meal without the unnecessary fuss and formality.
The new assistant manager at Lorne will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the restaurant. You will be expected to be involved in all aspects of service, but ultimately responsible for helping to lead the front of house team and delivering excellent customer service to our guests and many regulars. You will work closely with our established senior team and will play an integral part in continuing to develop and grow Lorne’s reputation and business.
