Urban Pubs & Bars was founded in 2014 by Nick Pring and Malcolm Heap and has since expanded to an estate of 20 pubs, bars and restaurants across London, including the recent acquisition of the Salt Yard Group.#
Our ethos focuses on acquiring the best sites and recruiting exceptional operators who are as passionate about food and drink as we are. Establishing the right offer and investing in the right areas is key, and devoting time and attention to the team that operate those sites is a major part of that investment.

Day to day financial management, with appropriate and timely actions to financial results.
Maintaining and growing our external Company reputation.
Running shifts with well-prepared briefings.
Being able to assist the GM in all aspects of health and safety and compliance.
Being able to work well and efficiently with our kitchen teams.
Assisting the GM in recruitment for your site.
The ability to appraise the team and follow up on objectives.
The ability to train and develop the team and promote from within.
Working with the team to deliver targeted Company GP
We are looking for someone with:
