Tomos Parry has opened BRAT, in Shoreditch, and we are seeking talented Front of House staff to join our team.
Originally a colloquial term for ‘Turbot’, BRAT draws on Tomos’s Welsh heritage and influence from the Basque region of Northern Spain, with a menu favouring seasonal native British produce, cooked on an open fire wood grill in an open kitchen.
We collaborate with Keeling Andrew & Co the new wine import company set up by the founders of Noble Rot, to create our 100+ list of wines. Expect interesting wines from old cellars alongside a list of sherry’s they are beginning to bring into the country.
Assistant Wine Manager:
We’re looking for someone to work with James our Wine Manager and alongside Keeling & Andrews of Noble Rot, taking a leading role in the daily training of our team, and the management of our list. You will be working with a substantial, compelling list which has a good number of by the glass options each day. We’re looking for someone with a warm, natural style at the table who, more than anything loves the wines we’re pouring.
We are looking for experienced team members who are enthusiastic about pouring and drinking wine on an old world focussed list. A natural and warm style at the table. Passionate about the sourcing and cooking of native produce. Comfortable engaging with our chef team around an open kitchen. Looking to work with a company that promotes from within and provides opportunity to grow.
